Stay for the Halloween Powwow at the Celilo Longhouse, starting at 7 pm after Trunk or Treat. No admission and all are welcome. If you haven't attended a powwow, you should! Azariah Ozias, our colleague from the CG Ed. Service District, will meet you at the Celilo Trunk or Treat and you can sit with Azariah & her kids at the powwow.
